Per Ford’s careers page, production team members start at $21 per hour plus shift premiums, with assembly pay climbing toward the high $20s with tenure, and skilled trades reaching $30 to $42 on the UAW scale. Even temporary full-time hires get the National PPO plan at no monthly premium, and they convert to permanent regular status after nine months.

💡 The play: Get in as a production team member, then guard your attendance through the nine-month temporary window, because that conversion to permanent unlocks the full union wage ladder. If you hold a trade card, apply straight to skilled trades, where Ford pays well above the production band.
